BIO:

Thomas A. Rothermel is a Shareholder at Bingaman Hess. He joined the Firm in 2005. Tom is a 2001 magna cum laude graduate of Widener University and a 2004 graduate of Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Tom has been representing insurance companies and self-insured entities for over 16 years. In addition to insurance defense, Tom’s practice includes commercial and banking matters, contractual work, civil litigation matters, zoning and municipal work, and estate planning.

Tom is a member of the Berks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Berks County Bar Association, certified as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and is a frequent speaker on topics of workers’ compensation law. Tom is a native of Berks County and resides in West Lawn with his wife and three children.
