Erika C. Aljens

Erika C. Aljens joined the firm as an associate in 2026. She graduated from University

of California, Davis in 1992 and from McGeorge School of Law of the University of the

Pacific in 2001. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York

and California (inactive). For 14 years, Erika’s practice was exclusively devoted to

representing insurance companies in litigation involving coverage disputes under

general liability, automobile, professional liability, aviation and environmental policies.

Erika’s practice areas also include insurance defense, personal injury, appellate and

other civil litigation matters.

Erika is a member of the Berks Bar Association and the Justice William Strong Inns of

Court. She resides in Berks County with her husband. She and her husband frequent

local foot races and can be seen walking or running in the Wyomissing parks most

mornings.
