We also serve the adjoining regions, including the suburban Philadelphia area, the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, Pottsville, Lebanon, Lancaster, York, Harrisburg and Scranton areas. Bingaman Hess has a proud history of offering quality legal services with the highest ethical standards to the Reading and Berks County community. The firm was established in 1956, although we can trace our roots to the early 1900s.

Bingaman Hess is a Pennsylvania law firm with two locations in Berks County. It serves the eastern half of Pennsylvania, including all regions adjoining Berks County, the Philadelphia area, the Lehigh Valley, the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton areas, as well as Lebanon, Lancaster, York and Harrisburg.

Bingaman Hess has proudly established a financial needs-based scholarship for Berks County high school seniors to help alleviate the financial burden of furthering their dream of earning a college degree.
