BIO:

Mahlon J. Boyer is a shareholder at Bingaman Hess. He joined the Firm in October 2003. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000 with high distinction and from the Villanova University School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the Federal Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mahlon’s practice areas include commercial and general litigation, with a focus on insurance defense matters, as well as collections, small business formations, estate planning and administration, municipal law, zoning matters and other general areas of civil practice.

Mahlon is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association. He previously served on the Amity Township Zoning Hearing Board and was a deacon at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Amityville where he continues as a member of the church. He served as a board member of Berks Counseling Center, a non-profit organization that seeks to help those with mental health and addiction issues, and was Board President from 2014-2016.
