BIO:

Melissa Krishock is a shareholder at Bingaman Hess. She joined the Firm in October 2018. She is a 1995 cum laude graduate of Alvernia College/University. She graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1998. Melissa is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the Federal Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Since graduating law school, Melissa has spent the largest portion of her career representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in both workers’ compensation and general liability matters throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania.

Melissa regularly participates in claim reviews with clients, including presentation of all educational materials regarding new aspects of law. Melissa’s practice also includes general civil matters, such as contracts, debts, and employment issues as well as insurance defense matters, special education matters and the representation of municipalities and authorities in Berks County.

Melissa has served on the advisory board of Aaron’s Acres, a non-profit organization designed to assist families send children with special needs to camps and recreational activities. She has also served as the president and first vice-president of the Home and School Association of Holy Guardian Angels Regional School. Melissa regularly volunteers at Schuylkill Valley Elementary School as well as youth and high school sports in the Schuylkill Valley School District.
