Nicole C. Manley is a shareholder at Bingaman Hess. She is the newest addition to the firm, joining as a partner in January 2026. Nicole represents clients in a variety of areas including Estate and Trust Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection, Guardianships, Orphans’ Court Litigation, Special Needs Planning, Family law, Mortgage Foreclosure, and DUI Defense. Prior to joining Bingaman Hess, Nicole worked as an associate attorney for a law firm in Boyertown, Pennsylvania and was eventually named partner. During her ten years of employment with her previous firm, Nicole received the Super Lawyers Rising Stars Award for the years of 2020 - 2024. Super Lawyers Rising Stars is an exclusive designation recognizing the top up-and-coming attorneys who have achieved high peer recognition and professional success. Only 2.5 % of attorneys in a state are named to the Rising Stars list.
Nicole is currently serving as a Board Member on the Foundation for Boyertown Education, a non-profit that provides educational opportunities for students in the Boyertown Area School District by offering grants and supporting innovative learning experiences. Nicole is also a past president of Justice William Strong American Inns of Court, Berks County Chapter, past president of the Endlich Law Club, and a member of the Berks and Montgomery County Orphans’ Court Rules Committee. Nicole is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the Berks and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Nicole is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Nicole has served as a Board Member on Berks Community Action Program (BCAP), a non-profit organization serving low-income families and individuals with financial assistance. Nicole also acts as Corresponding Secretary of the Business and Professional Women of Pennsylvania Organization (BPW). BPW is statewide organization which advocates for working women in Pennsylvania. In June of 2016, Nicole was nominated to participate in the Young Careerist Competition in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Through this opportunity, Nicole presented a speech to over 150+ members of the organization at the annual Convention.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Professional Writing at Kutztown University in 2011, graduating magna cum laude. During her time at Kutztown University, Nicole was granted membership in Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Honors Society of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences and Alpha Sigma Lambda, the Non-Traditional Students Honor Society. Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2014. During law school, Nicole was a member of the Widener Law Moot Court Honor Society and participated in the annual Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition in Albany, New York. Nicole worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Harrisburg Widener Civil Law Clinic, and Vice-President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Nicole interned for the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, as well as serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Jeanine Turgeon in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in the Spring of 2014.
